Booking terms

Event tickets

• Full refund up to 7 days before the event; 50% refund up to 24 hours before; no refund inside 24 hours.
• Free cancellation within 24 hours of purchase (grace period).
• Sold-out events run a waitlist — released spots are claimable for 24 hours.

Venue rentals

• All venue bookings are confirmed by quote. A refundable damage deposit applies.
• Overtime is billed in 30-minute blocks at 1.5× the hourly rate.
• House rules are part of every booking agreement.
